Whereas some of the immediate results of starting our programme will be improved energy, increased fitness and rapid weight loss, we deliver a much longer-term solution. It is a programme of study, where you will learn to master the 4 pillars of health (movement, nutrition, mindset and relaxation), so that the results you get are long lasting and that you continue to look and feel healthier than ever.
Our programmes are not a quick fix. We are tired of the fitness industry offering you dramatic quick fix solutions: You know deep down that they do not work in the long term and sooner or later they will bring you back to this point, looking for something that works for you permanently. The studio philosophy is to build pillar strength: hip, shoulder and core stability. We will teach you how to lift weights in a way that targets your core and your fitness. We will keep your body guessing to maximise results by giving you different phases of training, including a strength phase, an endurance phase and a speed and power phase. Each session has six elements and this type of methodology is used to train global athletes. We have adapted it to work really well with busy professional people.
Our studio programmes are all underpinned with an online support programme, that consists of lifestyle courses and 28 day challenges. These focus on the four pillars of health: movement, nutrition, mindset and relaxation. Our courses cover exercise, sleep, alcohol, sugar, food tracking, food planning, how to build lasting habits, and food knowledge and education.
