EVERY session delivered at Podfit follows a speficif structure, to maximise results. There a 6 session elements, designed to prepare the body for movement, to engage the core, to bulld strength and to enable regeneration of fatigued muscles.

OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT

We have a supportive closed facebook community, a comprehensive food planning service, a food tracking service, a mindest app, home workout service and workout app.
