​Welcome to Day 14 of the 28 Day Fitness Challenge


Rest day! You are two weeks into this challenge now, and hopefully starting to notice a difference in your fitness levels.Whilst these workouts are only a short 15 minutes, they are setting you up for the rest of your day and starting to become a really good habit. Soon you'll start and do these almost automatically with no external motivation required.
