The best way to get started is to book a free 30 minute consultation so you can come and meet us in person, discuss what we do, what we don’t do, how things work and to find something to suit you. If after the consultation you decide to do something with us, we will support you and look after you on your journey. On the other hand, if at the end of the consultation you decide that for some reason it is not for you, that is no problem at all. We only work with clients who are keen to work with us.

Neil is the co-owner of Podfit and he specialises in lower back rehabilitation, semi private personal training, the master class Kick Start Programmes and the online courses. Alex Wales - Personal Trainer
Alex is a level 3 qualified personal trainer working at Podfit. He is determined to inspire and enable you to meet your fitness goals. For the last five years Alex has been building his experience in fitness. His personal fitness interests lie in postural rehabilitation, calisthenics, rock climbing and elements of yoga and Pilates. Alex is fully committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle. He will deliver high quality personal training sessions that will maximise your time here at Podfit, and help motivate you to maintain a healthy lifestyle too.
Jack Emmett - Personal Training Manager
Jack is one of our personal trainers here at Podfit. He has gained 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. Jack is a level 3 qualified personal trainer with a degree in Sports Science of Strength and Conditioning. Other qualifications include spinning, nutrition and Boxfit. Jack has a passion for strength training and believes that correct technique and good form is the key to any exercise.
David Cropper - Personal Trainer
David is a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Level 2 British Cycling Coach with a specialism in road racing. David has a passion for endurance and is a strength and conditioning coach for an all female race team. David runs classes on functional fitness for endurance events. Neil is a highly experienced fitness professional, who has worked in the industry for over 15 years. An expert in holistic health as well as corrective and high performance exercise, he has previously managed the fitness department at one of the UK's most prestigious leisure clubs, in Chelsea, London. Neil now works for us here at Podfit, focusing much of his time on our semi-private training programme.

What is the difference between Personal Training and Semi Private Training?
Personal Training is designed to maximise your workout by building hip, shoulder and core stability We will get you lifting weights safely, in a way that targets your core and your fitness. You will do this in your own fully equipped training zone. Semi Private is done in the whole studio with a maximum of 5 other people and you will work the body in the same way as Personal Training.
Do you do one off sessions?
We don't do one off sessions, but we sometimes have 6 week intro offers to help you make up your mind about joining our full programme.
How much will it cost?
The investment in your health and fitness can range from £11 per session to £45 per session. We have lots of options in between, so fill out a form, so we can pick the best option for you.
Do you guarantee results?
It depends on whether your goals are realistic. If you are comitted to change and you follow our programme, we guarantee that you will be delighted with your results.
Where are you?
We are located above the old Early Learning Centre, just behind the Disney Store. We are up on the second floor.
When can I start?
In most cases, you should be able to start training straight away. There is however, limited availability in Personal Training at peak times.
